Why does the notebook look like this?
I can’t interact with the Jupyter notebooks.

Someone had a similar problem in this post could you check it. There should be a cells tab next to the assignment tab and choose metadata from there. Hope it helps

The issue is your environment is looking at a notebook as though it was raw code. So you’re seeing the actual text that usually is rendered as a notebook.
