Practice Lab C2_W1_Assignment errors on loading dataset on local

Dear Mentors，

I encountered errors on loading dataset when running lab files regrading C2_W1_Assignment Neural Networks for Binary Classification on my local jupyternotebook.

But I have already uploaded files X.npy and y.npy to my local jupyternotebook.

Please help me with this issue.

Apparently you have a problem with the folder path.

The courses are intended to be used on Coursera Labs.

I’m not able to provide support for other platforms. There are just too many other local environments.
