Practice lab: Deep Learning for Content-Based Filtering

I can not understand this sentence.

If vectors are same, Wouldn’t it mean that only one vector is needed??

Hi @13695789309

When the text mentions that the user vector is the same for all the movies rated by a user, it means that the vector representing the user’s preferences does not change from one movie to another. Instead, this single vector is used to compute how much the user might like each movie. This is for ensuring consistency and efficiency!

Hope it helps! Feel free to ask if you need further assistance.
