Problem with the quiz in week 2, video 14

In video 14 “Vectorizing Logistic Regression’s Gradient Output” of week 2, I think the single question quiz has a wrong answer.

I’m unsure if I am allowed to post it here, which is why I am not going to. If possible, I would like to discuss this any moderator why it is wrong and about having it fixed.

if you still have doubts, I suggest you review the video especially from minute 3:35 and the slides where you can find the answer.
