There must be something wrong with your notebook. One possible cause is that you have accidentally damaged some part of the notebook that the grader depends on. What was the actual message you got under “Show grader output” on the “My Submissions” page?

One thing to try would be to get a clean copy of the notebook using the topic on the FAQ Thread and then carefully “copy/paste” just your solutions from the “YOUR CODE HERE” sections to the clean copy and see if that helps.
