In my understanding, I concluded the assessment as the snip bellow:

However, when I submit the Assessment my grade is 0 and I got this message:
Comment line with index: UNQ_C1 wasn’t found in code

How can I troubleshoot this?

The error suggests that you deleted or modified the first line of the cell that contains the compute_cost() function.
