Questions regarding AI project R&D management

When I was learning Agile (Scrum), I often encountered concepts like AC (Acceptance, Action, Dependency) and DoD (Domain of Dependency). How have these concepts changed in today’s development teams (in environments where developers use AI assistance or rely heavily on AI for delivery)? I recently consulted GPT (Government Development Team) about this. In their response, GPT mentioned that I was “looking at AI through an Agile lens,” and that “AI is more like a tool for a tool than a tool for Agile.” I’d like to discuss this with everyone.

I think if from commonality point of view between agile scrum and ai, I would say how autonomous process is handled for a task or a project is where AI uses tools to implement each task to different tools with human feedback interference in loop.

Major difference would AI doesn’t need to keep a backlog documentation, as LLMs are trained on how to grasp the necessary data based on a user prompt, or scale a documentation based on the task prompt, and can also post preview it’s implementation.

Probably the human force effort is much reduced with AI than compare to Agile scrum.

What do you have to say!!! @zhenhuan0805
