course: Sequences, Time Series and Prediction: working with generated time series

assignment: Programming Assignment: Working with generated time series

moving_average_forecast:
this is a user coded method which is called several times, and passes inline but fails auto grader.

Error msg:
There was a problem grading your submission. Details:
operands could not be broadcast together with shapes (0,) (25,)

I cant find any instance of moving_average_forecast broadcasting with above shapes.
