Small, offline model to run in your local machine

Hello!
I recalled Andrew mentioning he has a copy of a smaller version of a foundation model that he uses while traveling without internet connection. It’s not as powerful as T5 or GPT4 but it can get a job done to help summarizing papers or brainstorming ideas. Which model specifically did he refer to? And is it possible to try out myself?
