Start Lab doesn’t work for me. it times out

i need assistance. please assist. start lab keeps timing out. i cant get it going and aws console says access denied….

and gives me the following data in a text box

Hello. The message you posted is not an error. It just tells you about the existing session. That message actually means you have the lab started. Make sure to follow the instructions exactly as shown in the Vocareum page (i.e. the page that opens up from Coursera). For example, you shouldnt need to click Start Lab twice. The instructions tell you to click that once then wait for the AWS button to turn green and click on that instead to open the AWS Console. Hope this helps.
