The coursera lab is not loading it says We’re having trouble preparing your lab

Issue with Reinforcement Learning Lab (Week 3 Assignment)

The lab is stuck at “Preparing your lab… 50%” and ends up with “We’re having trouble preparing your lab”. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Rebooting the server from the help section.
  2. Updating the lab to the latest version.
  3. Accessing the assignment from another system.

Despite these attempts, the issue persists across all systems. However, my other labs are working fine.

Attached screenshot shows the error when accessing the course from a new system.
For the reference i am attaching screenshot that shows in my console.

Please help.

I just tested the lab (C3_W3_A1_Assignment.ipynb), and it loaded without trouble.

The issue is persistent in my account.
I have already refreshed browser multiple times but the response is same.

Have you contacted the Coursera Help Center? Because this seems like an issue with your Coursera account settings.

Also, maybe if you are using a VPN, disable it.
