python files are missing

Are you referring to any specific lesson?
You can actually find all files in each lesson, for example in L1
in the top menu you can click on File > Open
that will open a new window where you fill find the different files and folders. You can find any file/folder used in the lesson.
You can see files doing the same File > Open in each lesson with notebook.
