I am enrolled in AI for Everyone on Coursera with approved financial aid, but the Week 2 quiz is locked and shows as a graded assignment. My financial aid is active, and I am not auditing the course. I tried but there is no help on personal level there’s only automated bot answers which are not helpful
as long as I remembered when I encountered this issue on Coursera, although the customer chat at beginning were automated but when I asked for chat support person, there was an actual personal handling those chats because my chats were abruptly getting end. But then those chat support executive reached out to me(registered email id) to check if my issue was resolved.
I was advised to check if my browser was up-to-date and to clear my cache and browsing history, and try again, which resolved my issue.
Only Coursera can fix your course access and permissions. It’s their platform, DL.AI only provides course material.
