I finished my C3 W4 assignment and uploaded them (.ipynb file and .pkl file), then submitted them by clicking the button.
I can see the message that my assignment is grading:
However, the web is refreshed and what I submitted disappeared and wait for my submit:
I tried many many times and same result. I’m appreciated if somebody can give me kind hand.

Please contact coursera help to resolve platform issues.
I submitted another topic for my case and waiting for feedback. I would like to know that’s issue from Coursera Platform or others?
I saw many mentors in this community commenting that the issue is from the Coursera platform and that the DeepLearning.AI team is also trying to get in contact with Coursera for help on this issue.
I got the same issue for the assignments of W3 and W4

This problem is from Coursera side and we have reported this issue to Coursera and they are working on that. So kindly wait till it get resolved
I didn’t meet such issue when I submitted my W3 assignment 2 days ago. Thus, it just happened recently.
Just now I tried again to deliver my W4 assignment and successfully! Seems the bug is fixed, I hope your problem is solved too.
@jenitta.jebaraj @balaji.ambresh, On my side the issue is fixed – I can submit my W4 assignment successfully and grade 100% to pass it. Thanks a lot for your prompt support.
