Threshold -sigmoid function

I believe that the threshold value of the sigmoid function can be set to a value other than 0.5. Is my understanding correct, mentors?

Technically this is possible, but in my experience there are few good reasons to use a threshold other than 0.5.

Modifying the threshold should be the last thing you try to fix a problem.
