Training AI to write a report

I am trying too see if this project is feasable and if it is how
best to go about training the AI.

I have a 12 page long form questioniare, some answers are YES. No
some are Numbers but others questions require a long form answer.

I have a 10 page report that is hand written based on the questionaire

I have been 1000-5000 reports that are acceptable
I can also genereate lots of reports that are not accetable.

Would It be possible to train the AI to write the reports

Yes it would be possible to train an LLM to write summary’s/reports on a certain task. Generally an LLM has generic training but it can be specialized in one task or a few tasks! Search on google about it maybe you find some info on how to go about it, but its possible.
