Deep Learning Specialization DLS Course 5 - Week 3 - Assignment 2

I had done the assignment but got that error (Can’t compile the student’s code) and for resetting the assignment, I deleted the file from the file but now I can not access it.
Please help me with what to do about it.

You’re going to have to re-install the notebook.
Use the “Help” menu item.
You may have to start over on the programming, if you deleted your original file.
