I am not using paid version, but I made sure I watched every video and did all the reading materials. However, I still have 98% completion for Course 3, and I have no idea what that 2% is for. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Given that you are not using the paid version, did you have access to all the exercises and assignments? If not, then I guess that the other 2% comprises the assessments.
did you also complete graded quiz and assignments?
