Yes the first screenshot appears when you need to relog in your AWS account. In the second screenshot you could try:

  1. incognito or a clear cache/different browser.
  2. If you are using a company laptop there could be a security firewall issue and need to ask for permissions.
  3. connect through a different network, or with or without a VPN. Thank you
