Unable to open the lab

Greetings!
When I try to open the lab, I get the following error message:

Your total lab spend of $20.42377 has exceeded the total budget of $20.

However, I have not been able to use this lab much as I was getting errors and I have posted messages about that on this forum before. Please help me resolve this.
