Do you have any background in mathematics or programming?
If you do not have a background in math or programming, I would recommend first learning Python and building some basic knowledge in probability and statistics, since these are very important foundations for machine learning and AI.
Otherwise, if you already have some familiarity with these topics, you can start directly with Machine Learning Specialization
