Request if someone can help in updating name in certificate as its getting wrongly printed once completing the course and in the accomplishment details

Hi Jenitta,

I did my course on DeepLearning.AI “Introduction to on-device AI”, than also i need to connect Coursera as i feel they arent related to this course. I may be wrong in my understanding.

DeepLearing.AI is offering the Course under Coursera. So you have to reachout to coursera Help Desk for certificate related issues.

Hi Jenitta, the course i just completed was from DeepLearning only and the certificate is from DeepLearning site only. Also to add, in Coursera my name is properly mentioned as per my last accomplishment/certificate from Coursera.
Please help to connect to the correct team for getting the name updated in DeepLearning.AI Short Courses site.

@Mubsi is the technical contact for the Short Courses.

Although the @Community-Team may be able to fix the name on your Short Course certificate.

You should log-in to your Coursera Account and go to Settings and update your communication preferences.

After a student has been issued a Short Course accomplishment, will changes in the student’s profile be automatically updated on their accomplishment?
