Coursera certificate doesn't have my name printed on it

I had just completed Generative AI with Large Language Models from Amazon Web Services & DeepLearning.AI on Coursera. But my certificate doesn’t print out my name. It just says COURSERA LEARNER. Is this correct ?

Please contact Coursera’s Help Center to have the issue fixed.

Go to Settings>Profile and request for verification name
