No name on certificate

I have completed Courses 1 and 2 of the TensorFlow professional developer series, but the certificates do not have my name on them, please! how do I get my name on the certificates?

I think you have to verify your identity on Coursera settings.

Hello! i tried varifying through these links just as you pointed out but, firstly there is no option for “name verification” though my name appears correctly under the personal account, secondly, when i try to verify through “the verify your ID”, i end up looping between my email inbox and the URL link you sent. However, i am being sponsored for the course by “NITDA” if in case it may be the cause of the problem.
