I am Chaitanya. I wanted to bring to your notice that I am unable to get my deep learning specialization certificate. I’ve completed all the courses, assignments everything. It only asks me to verify my ID and asks my name, even after providing my name hundred’s of time I haven’t got my certificate. Please look after it.

This is a Coursera related problem, and that DeepLearning.AI is not responsible for how the certificates are generated.
Please get in touch with Coursera, perhaps via their chat, and they shall be able to help you out.

P.S I believe you have to first verify your ID via an official supporting document, as per the Coursera requirements before the certificate.
Actually they asked and I gave them the ID yet I’m facing the issues.
I’ll contact the Coursera team and notify you if the problem gets solved.
