Can't get my deeplearning.ai final certification

Hi! I have completed all my certifications( with financial aid) but then when I go to the completed certifications tab I see an option “Purchase Certification”. When I click on it then it shows a maintenance problem.
Another thing is my final course sequence model shows a Verify ID but when I change the name it does not work. It keeps coming back on the same page.

I did my ML Specialization with financial aid and got the final certification but this time I do not know what’s going on.

Check your Grades menu for all five courses. Verify that you don’t have any incomplete tasks.

If that’s OK, then I recommend you contact the Coursera Help Center. They administer the certificate program.

I got my certification without paying after verifying my identity.
There is an option in settings to verify your identiy.
