Video is not loading for all courses

Video is not loading, I’ve tried using different brower and cleared cache, logged out and logged in. The video area is blank.

Can you give a specific example?

I just checked a few courses at random, and they all played their videos without any issue.

The image I attached is the introduction video of AI Python for Everyone. The video is not loading for all courses I access.

I’ll move the thread to the forum topic for that course. Hopefully a mentor for that course will reply there.

Since yours is the only report of this issue, it is apparently not a platform-wide problem.

I don’t see any course by that name.

There is an “AI for Everyone” course on Coursera.

And there is an “AI Python for Beginners” Short Course on the learn.deeplearning.ai page.

The course name is “AI Python for Beginners”.

Thanks, I moved the thread to that forum.

Note that I do not have any problem viewing the videos for that course.
