I am already taking one course generative ai for everyone it is working fine but I also want to take the course ai for everyone but despite refresh cache clear and updating everything course videos doesn’t start when I click on play it immediately stops nothing plays
please help

Could you please share your OS and your browser name and version? A screenshot from DevTools → Console and Network would also be very helpful.
And meanwhile, could you try the course in a different browser just in case?
I am on mac 14.5 and browsers is arc Version 1.125.1
it is strange one course is working fine but other is not, I checked on safari it works fine.
Arc is built on chromium it might be the issue anyway thanks I am able to play the course on safari now.
