i was wondering if anyone else ran into this issue because nothing i’ve tried (hard refreshing, opening on a private browser page, using pro trial subscription) has worked. here’s the issue: I click on play and it just pause immediately. the same thing happens if i scrub to any part of the video. this is my consistent experience with any lecture from this course

Have you cleared your cache and browsing history?? Also the hang up could be related to your firewall settings!!!
By the way which browser are you using? While testing we surely didn’t have issue with playing any of the videos, but feel free to elaborate, so I can report to developer team.

i use arc and the issue persists even after removing all my extensions. but it works just fine on safari. dunno what’s different about arc, but since it works on safari i’ll just use it on there. thanks for the prompt response!

Thank you for reporting this, a little digging I did mentions arc browser usually have some problem with video playing and they seem to point towards internal browser pattern instead of blocking by feature.
This could be website format incompatibility, extension blocks or browser bugs. The solution is to try clearing cache and browsing history, relogin and try again; or try different browser.
I will notify of the staff about this issue.
