The usual advice for “video won’t play” is:

  • clear your browser cache.
  • verify that you have no ad or pop-up blockers running.
  • try an anonymous browser session.
  • try a different browser.
  • log off of your account, then restart your browser and log in again.

Sometimes these things work. Sometimes not.

Still nothing changed, I am using arc browser

Did you try a different browser? I have no idea if arc is compatible with DLAI’s short course materials.
