Visualizing High Dimensional Inputs in NN

Hi there, I have completed the DLS and, on the surface, understand that what neural networks do is form abstractions of raw inputs. However, I can’t visualize what is going on in the full mathematical sense and with input mapping as shown between 3:20-5:30.

Here, I can get a full mathematical sense of what is happening in a 2D case. Are there any resources out there that explain what is happening in mathematical graphs?

If there is ambiguity, I will try to clarify it for you.
Thanks for your time.
