Are there any suggested additional resources (Books, Videos) recommended for course 2 (Calculus) ?
Course 1 (Linear Algebra) had some suggestions (Prof. Gilbert Strang’s book, Khan Academy video playlist, etc)

You can never go wrong with Khan academy’s content. They produce some of the best content I have come across myself till now. For calculus, you can check out their calculus playlist here, consisting of 199 videos. Let us know if this helps.

I’m not the right person to answer that question, but I can recommend some books.
I would start with a Precalculus book and move on to calculus 1 and calculus 2.
Precalculus: An Investigation of Functions (2nd Ed)
Calculus Volume 1 OpenStax
Calculus Volume 2 OpenStax
All these features are free.
