This is possibly an issue with your Coursera account. Maybe try contacting the Coursera Learner Help Center.

Another possibility:

Is this the first time you have opened that lab?
Or have you opened it previously and already added some code to the notebook?

I have opened it previously and already added some code to the notebook

If you added code that printed a lot of data to the notebook, then it’s possible that the file has become too large to load before the server times-out.

One possible fix for that is for DLAI staff to clear your workspace.
{redacted list of DLAI contacts}, can one of you handle this?
