Hi @Girijesh , thanks for the reply. I have tried retarting computer, and it did not work. I tried other computers, not working. I tried turning on and off VPNs and in personal or company’s network, not working.
It seems still a network issue in mainland China. Do you know how other people with similar issues sovle this?
I am converned I cannot get the certificate if I cannot have this assignment done. Any alternative way? Thanks.

I am new to the platform, located in CA, US.
Taking Gen. AI , LLM course, Module 1, week 1, “Start Lab” is not responding/opening. I clicked a few times, and now waiting for 60 mins+. I am using VPN and company laptop as I can’t open this from personal computer as well. Lots of troubleshooting discussion, but can’t find troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Please point me to the answers.
AWS at times have turned green, but lab didn’t start. Mostly stays yellow and not turning green anymore.
I found a way to solve this. When I clicked Yellow AWS, it turned green and then I noticed it was popup blocker that was not allowing AWS window to open. When enabled, I had some login issues, but closed that window and tried again, this time it worked.
