Week1 Lab - Issue on opening 'Launch Personal Studio' in AWS

I am facing an issue while attempting to open Personal Studio. Either one of the error messages (please refer to screen-shots below) are thrown each time when i re-attempt. The resulting screen as given in #7 of the Week 1 lab instructions hence never loads up. Kindly help me resolve this.

AWS provides the web services for Coursera, and they’re having a service outage.

Hopefully it is fixed soon.
