I did it on my local environment, not on coursera.
When i trained the model, it looked it worked very well, but when i evaluated my model there was a big problem. Test accuracy was only 0.1793 and even loss was 4.3091. My code is at below, what is the problem? Could you help me please? My tensorflow version is 2.18

Regarding your query, to replicate 100% results in your local environment, you need the same versions for all dependencies. This is not an easy task. Here is a guide to follow, and this one as well.
