Hi,

I was trying to access the optional Lab, however facing the error saying
“We were unable to retrieve a launch URL. Please make sure you are logged in to Coursera, and have access to this lab.”

I haved logged out and logged in multiple times and tried to access the lab, but did not work.

Could you please help resolve the issue.

This is happening for a few learners. Try changing browser to see if it helps. If not, please contact Coursera learner help centre .

Thanks for the info. Its working now after clearing the browser cache and restarting the browser.
