I checked multiple times and couldn’t find what’s wrong with my code. Looks like the key 'W1' was not found in the dictionary and I passed all previous exercises. Is that a system bug?

We have two dictionaries, params and grads, right? The grads dictionary is for dW and db, not W and b. Double-check your code.
