Sorry for the delayed response.
Both course are not interconnected so doing any of the course would be okay depending your profile and priority or preferences, however, AI for Good includes Public, climate change related topics so if it is not related to your profile, first going with AI for Everyone would be better choice. Otherwise doing both also would be perfectly alright.
Now come to your second query,
Any Lab-assignment related query can be post using the new thread link and by choosing the appropriate Specialisation, Course and week and assignment name while creating your post thread which would direct your post to the necessary mentor specialisation about your post.
I am sharing a link on how to post which will give you details about how to choose the categories while posting a new thread related to any issue.
You can also tag mentors if you want a specific mentor to look at your issue in your post by @__Name of the mentor, so notification goes directly to them.
