What are the best libraries, preferably open-source for AI/ML?

maybe more specifically, identifying image/video in realtime, tracking and labeling? Thank you! Also looking for people that are looking to work in the field or test stuff with me.

I think OpenCV is a go-to for realtime video tracking.
