Where and how to learn tensorflow and Keras from scratch

Hi all
I have completed 3 courses from Deep learning specialization and working on 4th course now!
I feel that my programming skills is limited in Tensorflow and Keras which I am willing to improve and learn from basics. Code given in assignments is overwhelming if we have to write all by ourselves, and I sincerely feel I have a lot to learn in the programming side of Deep learning.
Can someone please suggest any course on any platform which can dedicatedly help on coding side of Deep learning and take us from scratch to the optimum level by implementing end-to-end model training, development and deployment such that we can build further on our own?

After completing Deep learning specialization, what sequence of courses/specialization would be fit in order to get a good programming grip on tensorflow & Keras?

Though, I’m not sure/remember if Keras is covered in these specialisations :thinking:
