Why can't I drop a column from csv file?

KeyError: “[‘name column’] not found in axis” Although I made sure the column was there

I tried changing the encoding a lot, but it didn’t work, and the same problem persists The Python code read the file in Arabic but could not drop the column specified with the correct name
