Your account has been blocked

I am trying to finish the course but whenever I try to access the Graded External Tool I am welcomed with the following message:

Your account has been blocked. If you believe this could be a mistake, please contact Qwiklabs support or your administrator.

I have tried to contact support but I have received no answer; it is so frustrating since I am very close to finish the specialisation, but now I can’t. Has anyone experienced the same error?

Hi Antonio! Sorry to hear that. Did you use the Chat feature in Qwiklabs? It’s on the upper right of the lab page. The agents there are pretty responsive when it comes to account issues. Hope they can help give you access. If not, please let me know what their response is. Thanks!
