Your lab session has timed out

Hi,

I keep getting the error ‘Your lab session has timed out’ every time I try to pen a lab exercise. I have tried rebooting the machine, deleting all the browser history/cache etc. but the error keeps happening. I am using Microsoft Edge browser. Any pointers how I can resolve this issue?

Is your system time correct? Some learners had this problem because of wrong system time.

Hi, I hope you are well. I am suffering from the same problem. Can you kindly tell me how to correct my system time?

Make sure your computer time is same as your current time zone. If two are mis-aligned, the lab will throw the above error. Sometimes in windows the auto daylight saving settings should be enabled/disabled to correct this misalignment.
