A query on the course duration

Hello!

I have a subscription on ‘coursera’ for Machine learning specialization for 6 months since August 24, 2025. So, that means I can access this course in this platform up to February 24, 2026. Can anyone please confirm it? It is just for my clarification.

what do mean by subscription access for 6 months?

usually once you complete a course, subscription ends in coursera.

You need to provide detail about what kind of subscription you have.

Check the Learner’s Help Centre, that should have all the necessary information.

When you purchase a course on Coursera, the six-months applies to how long you have to complete the course.

It is not a six-month subscription.

Thank you for replying. Actually when I have enrolled for this course, there were three options:

one for 1 month

second for 3 months

and the last one is for 6 months.

And the corresponding fees were different as well. Then I have enrolled for the last one. That’s why I have asked. Ok, now the thing is that when I can complete the course it will automatically end. Is it?

Answers about Coursera’s enrollment policies should be obtained from Coursera (or you can look it up in their Learner Help Center).

@Pritikana

is this 6 month offer is 7999 from coursera you are talking about??

also @Pritikana any subscription! taken from Coursera need to enquired in Coursera! as they hold the access concern to course you subscribed from, so raise. a ticket at the Coursera Learner Help center

as far as remember if you have taken 6 month 7999 offerr, then remember it clearly mentions not all courses are included in this offer. So kindly before subscribing enquire carefully from the platform! you are subscribing.

Thank you for guiding.

No, it was for 5199 INR. Only for Machine Learning Specialization which includes 3 courses:

Supervised Machine Learning, Advanced Learning Algorithm and Unsupervised Learning. Ok, I will look at Learner Help Centre in detail. Thank you for suggesting.

@Pritikana

I have never taken that 5199 offer, so sorry cannot guide on this further, but rougly what I remember it is never for a specialisation but for specific course, so probably when you took course they might be charging you for each course in a specialisation.

Coursera Learner Help Centre customer care is quite good, they will guide you, personally send you email if you feel your query is not addressed through chat support, so your doubt should resolve from there.
