Accidentally started the 2nd course

I accidentally started Course 2 before finishing Course 1. Is there a way to unenroll or unstart Course 2?

I don’t want to unenroll from the whole Machine Learning Specialization. But I just want to go back to the state where Course 2 is not started.

select the course and follow the instructions in the link. please read the complete page link I sent

every course you are doing in the Coursera page, shows 3 dots on right corner side, when you click there, you notice 3 option rate the course, share and unroll option, if you still didn’t start the course.

here is another thread explaining about same

Your method only works on individual courses. For courses included in a specialization, there isn’t an unenroll option in the 3-dot menu.

Anyway, it’s not a big deal. Thank you!

did you read the next link I sent, you are not able to see the unroll option because looks like you probably viewed one of the item in the new course.

Anyways seems like you don’t need my help.

Yes, I have the same issue as the person in Unable to unenroll in a course?

I don’t want to unsubscribe from the whole specialization either, because I am half way through course 1 and I don’t want to lose that progress.

I was just wondering if there was any way to reset individual courses inside a specialization without resetting the whole specialization.

you don’t have to unsubscribe to whole specialisation but only the course you want to unroll
