I believe there is a form you need to complete.
Use the forum Search tool for the word “cleanup”, and I think you’ll find references to the form.

When it’s resolved, you will receive an email from the Coursera support team. In my case, it took less than 24 hours, but I guess it can vary.
24 hours is the guideline.
