Advanced Learning Algorythms course videos cannot be reproduced

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the course videos today. None of the video lectures in Week 1 of “Advanced Learning Algorythms - Neural Networks” are playing.

When attempting to load any video:

  • The player does not start playback

  • The page loads but the video remains stuck / unresponsive

  • Refreshing the page or reopening the browser does not resolve the issue

This is similar to an issue I encountered previously with the labs, but in this case it affects video playback rather than AWS lab instances.

What I’ve already tried**:**

  • Refreshing the page

  • Logging out and back in

  • Trying a different browser

  • Disabling extensions

  • Clearing cache

The issue persists across all videos in Week 1.

Please let me know if this is a known platform issue or if there are any additional steps I should try on my side.

I checked a few of the videos in Week 1. They all played fine (in North America, using Win11 and Chrome).

Thanks for the update!

I’ve just checked from my side and everything is working correctly now. The videos are playing normally again. It looks like it was a temporary issue.
