pls help. the network works and the video is able to be viewed in the play bar (the completion line of the video) it apears to only happen in the end course videos, pls help this is causing me to not able to complete the course.
This is a platform/browser issue, not a course content problem. A few things to try:

Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox on desktop). There have been multiple recent reports of video playback issues with certain browsers, especially Arc.

Disable browser extensions temporarily (ad blockers and privacy extensions in particular can interfere with the video player).

Clear cache and cookies for
learn.deeplearning.ai, then reload. -
Try incognito/private mode in Chrome or Firefox.
If the videos play in a different browser, then it’s a browser compatibility issue on your end. You can watch the videos there and still get credit for completion.
If none of that works, reach out to the DLAI support team directly through the Help button on the learning platform, they can check your account-level completion status.

I’m also facing the same problem. Videos are not playing. I’m trying to watch Course 1, week 1 module
I tested several of the Machine Learning Specialization week 1 videos on the dl.ai platform, and did not see any problems (I’m in North America).
Perhaps there is an issue with your local internet provider.
