Assignment passed but shows as pending

I have passed an assignment multiple times, but it shows as pending. I have tried getting the latest version, clearing the cache, reporting an issue on the assignment, and using another browser, none of them have worked. What can I do?

Hello @Romina_Abadi, you said it shows “pending”, do you actually refer to “1 graded assignment left” next to “Practice lab 1” in the first screenshot? I also see that you have got 3 green check marks for all the 3 weeks,
